Renewal
The floral-fresh notes of palmarosa create a revitalizing synergy with the complex woodsy scent of rosewood.

Serenity
The calming infleuence of lavender surrounds your senses while sweet mandarin and earthy cedarwood balance stress.

Trigger Point

Trigger Points occur when a muscle is in constant contraction typically due to how we hold and position ourselves. Generally, stiff holding patterns occur in the shoulders due to daily stress. These holding patterns go undetected to our conscious mind because they are so slight that the contraction is on the fibril level of the entire muscle. Trigger points can last years without treatment.
Typically 5-6 treatments will rid you of the full onslaught of pain. It is an effective and pain relieving, stress relieving treatment. Trigger point therapy tends to be deeper in nature, but can be performed at a light to medium level of pressure to accommodate clients needs and comfortability.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release therapy utilizes gentle, kneading manipulation that softly stretches, softens, lengthens and realigns fascia (tissue). Myofascial release therapy helps clients suffering with poor posture, injury, illness and stress. Tension on bones, muscles, joints and nerves are relieved using myofascial release. Enjoy restored balance in the body.

Reflexology

The art of Reflexology dates back to Ancient Egypt, India and China. This technique was rediscovered in 1913 by Dr. William Fitzgerald, and was introduced to the west. Dr. Fitzgerald found that applying pressure to certain areas of the hands and feet was linked to other areas and organs of the body within the same zone. Reflexology is a complimentary therapy, which works to heal the whole body, not just prevailing symptoms. Reflexology can help restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. This encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance. Reflexology - the ideal foot massage!

Table Thai Massage Therapy

What we know in the west as "Thai massage" is really more like a form of assisted yoga with pressure along energy lines of the body. An ingenious and efficient blend of stretching and acupressure, Thai massage can be relaxing, invigorating and therapeutic, all at the same time. 90 minutes is recommended for this massage.

Neuro Muscular Massage Therapy (NMT)

This therapy helps to relieve pinch nerves by stimulating the nervous system while applying soft tissue manipulation. Slow and steady pressure on trigger points (tight bends in muscle) is used. Neuromuscular therapy is a specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief that brings about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system.
